At GenCraft Cloud (https://gencraftcloud.com), we believe your private documents, financial reports, tax filings, legal agreements, and personal photos belong solely to you. Unlike traditional online document tools that upload your files to remote third-party databases, GenCraft Cloud utilizes modern WebAssembly (WASM) and HTML5 Canvas technology to perform PDF editing, font matching, e-signatures, and format conversions directly inside your web browser sandbox.
2. No File Storage & Zero Data Retention
Your uploaded files are loaded into your local browser memory only while you interact with them. Once you close or reload the browser tab, the temporary memory buffer is automatically destroyed. We do not retain, index, inspect, or sell any document contents.
3. Artificial Intelligence Features (ChatPDF & Summaries)
When you explicitly use our optional AI Document Assistant to ask questions or generate summaries, text chunks are securely sent via encrypted TLS 1.3 to language processing endpoints solely for generating your answer. No user data is used to train public AI models.
4. GDPR & CCPA Compliance
Because GenCraft Cloud does not collect, store, or profile personal file data on servers, we are compliant by design with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and global data privacy standards.
